This Is The Coolest Way To Load A Box Into A Truck. Forklift Fans, Prepare Yourselves.

These forklift drivers came up with a very innovative way to load a box into the very back of a container… not the safest way, mind you. Still, who needs safety when you have skills like these.

(Source: Lulu Tang) Now I just want to see the continuation video when that box gets unloaded. Share these not-so safety conscious forklift drivers with your friends below.

We Should All Thank The TSA Agents Who Made Sure These 24 Items Didn’t Make It On The Plane.

Everyone hates the TSA lines. Whether they’re doing a full pat down on Grandma or only have one line open during rush hour, we often don’t understand why we even need them. But when you check out their Instagram account (yes, they actually have one) and see the 24 crazy, stupid, and incredibly dangerous things passengers have tried to take on board in the last month ALONE, you’ll be glad they’re still around. You might even welcome that extra frisky pat down at 5am… just kidding 😉

1. This knife from the airport in Port Columbus, while beautiful, doesn’t seem too hard to spot.

2. Umm, was this guy a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle? Chicago needs to be on the lookout for Shredder!

3. Another weapon in Chicago. Pent up anger over winter maybe??

4. Chicago, again. Just because it shoots mace, doesn’t mean it’s not a gun!

5. At least they TRIED to hide it, I guess.

6. Firecrackers on a plane in Chicago. What is with these Chicagoans?!

7. Though they found this decommissioned bomb in Cincinnati, it’s still illegal… and stupid.

8. Nothing they love more in Houston than their guns.

9. Those Bostonians are wicked crafty.

10. This loaded gun in Detroit is no joke.

11. Drugs in Philly? Yup.

12. Lipstick knife, hatchet knife, push dagger, and a gun knife. Yowza.

13. That’s a spear gun in Denver. There’s no ocean in Denver. Sigh.

14. This guy really wanted to bring his meat cleaver to St. Louis.

15. Go Dallas (throwing) Stars!

16. Oh those New Yorkers and their knuckle blades…

17. Just one of 18 loaded guns discovered in ONE day across the nation.

18. While super cool, these batman ninja stars are also super stupid to bring on the plane.

19. Cool gun. Just don’t bring it on the PLANE!!!

20. Throwing knives in a hollowed out ninja book. In the nation’s capital. Smart?

21. This is just funny. Bravo Yuma.

22. This is a prop grenade inhaler. How is this a good idea?

23. Gotta love knuckle knives in Hawaii.

24. These are just a few of the 150+ loaded firearms discovered in carry-on (not checked) bags in June.

(Source: TSA Instagram via 22 Words) I don’t know about you, but I’m never going to say another bad thing about the TSA again. Even though it stinks waiting in long lines and walking around in socks while a machine takes a naked picture of you, I’m even less excited about getting on a plane with these “toys.”

THIS Is What Getting A Tattoo Looks Like? Forget It, I’ll Just Watch Netflix.

Do you have a tattoo? Everyone seems to have a different opinion on how much getting tattooed hurts. Some say it isn’t too bad, while others believe it to be one of the worst pains in the world. (I think the latter group of people are being a bit dramatic, but that’s my opinion.)

Regardless of how painful you think it is, the process of how a tattoo machine works is incredibly fascinating. The good folks over at SmarterEveryDay seem to think so, too. Their latest video shows the tattoo process in super slow motion, from a super close-up viewpoint.

Contrary to popular belief, tattoo machines actually use multiple needles instead of just one.

This allows the machine to deliver more ink faster than a single needle.

That looks scary.

There is a kind of beauty in it the process.

Here is the full video of from SmarterEveryDay. It’s extremely cool, and I recommend watching it until end.

I’m kind of glad I didn’t see this video before I got my tattoo. Otherwise, I don’t think I could have gone through with it. Those needles are terrifying.

If You Don’t Believe in Miracles, You Should Probably See This.

A woman driving in the Jiangsu Province of China survived an accident that no one else would have been able to. A container on a semi fell over, crushing her car. Onlookers believed her to be dead… and rescue workers were SHOCKED when they heard her cry for help.

By looking at the photo of the crash, you would think the woman in the car died.

Miraculously, she did not. In fact, she was unhurt.

Onlookers couldn’t believe what they saw. The woman underneath the container was all right.

Rescue workers hurried to free her from her crushed vehicle, stunned whenever she was able to cry for help.

A crane had to lift the container off of her body.

She survived something absolutely incredible.

She stunned onlookers by walking from the fatal-looking scene.

The only thing that died that day was her trusty Nissan.

It’s a miracle she survived this crash – and it’s absolutely unbelievable that she walked away from it.

Literal Manscapes Are Now Available Thanks to One Ambitious Stylist.

Modern society has made it more acceptable for men and women to make choices about what to do with their body hair. A variety of management techniques offer those with body hair different options to manage it. You can shave or wax, use a depilatory cream, or get electrolysis and never have to worry about maintenance again. Or, you can go au naturel and embrace your fuzz. For the most part, men and women alike take a pretty simple approach to body hair, although we’ve seen some interesting bikini-line geometry in our day.

Celebrity hairstylist Daniel Johnson wants to make things fancier. The English stylist known for managing the hair of famous footballers like Ashley Cole, Gareth Blue, and Erik Lamela looks to spruce up hair beyond the head. Johnson began carving intricate images into his male clients’ chest hair after finding inspiration from an Instagram tag. His detailed work required trimming the hairs to different lengths, from 0 to 15 milimeters, to create the effect. It’s no easy task, either, since chest hair is all wiry and curly.

It’s like the manliest world tour ever.

He’s going to get a little boat down at the bottom to complete the landscape.

He seems a bit baffled by the results. It grows back, dude!

“Take in the view, ladies.”

The end result is a bunch of dudes with iconic landscapes… er, manscapes… on their chests. Johnson created the New York City skyline, the Pyramids of Giza, the Sydney Opera House, and Stonehenge… in hair. Because nothing puts a finishing touch on a beach bod like some prehistoric megaliths, amirite?

Anyone Would Love To Have These Heroic Nice Guy Athletes On Their Team.

Athletes have been getting a bad rap lately for domestic abuse, child abuse, drug abuse, and many other high profile incidents. It’s a real shame that some see all athletes have as guilty by association, because there are some genuinely nice guys out there who look to help out in the community. Some have even saved peoples’ lives. So, to better the public perception of athletes, I’m going to show some of the most recent heroic deeds done by athletes. Hopefully you’ll see them in a different light.

1.) Nomar Garciaparra

In 2005, Nomar (also pronounced Nomaaahhh by Boston fans) was staying at his Charleston estate when his uncle heard a scream come from outside. When they rushed outside, they saw that two women had fallen into the harbor. One woman apparently hit her head, knocking her unconscious. Nomar and his uncle jumped in to grab the women and swim them to safety.

2.) Martellus Bennett

Bennett finished a stellar performance in a game and walked to the locker room. While he walked toward the tunnel, he noticed that fans were leaning over the guard rail and had a bad gut feeling in his gut about one man who appeared to be leaning over a bit too much. Bennett was right. The man flipped over the rail and fell, only for Bennett to catch him.

3.) Chris Davis

Just a few days ago, Baltimore Orioles slugger Chris Davis, witnessed a car crash and flip over. When he rushed to the scene, he realized that the truck was pinning a man down. He flagged nearby pedestrians to help him lift the truck up off of the man, who thankfully survived and appeared to sustain only minor injuries.

4.) Leonard Pope

Pope was hosting a pool party at his place in June 2011. One of the kids at the party, a 6-year-old boy, went under in the deep end of the pool. The child’s mother saw the impending tragedy, and shouted for help, as she was unable to swim. Pope rushed out of the house and dove in, saving the boy from drowning.

5.) Todd Frazier

In May 2012, Reds player Todd Frazier was at a local Pittsburgh restaurant when he saw a man choking on his food. Frazier rushed over and began giving the Heimlich Maneuver to the man, who spat out the piece of food lodged in his throat. The man didn’t recognize Frazier as a baseball player, but nevertheless was grateful for the act.

6.) Nelson Cruz

Another Oriole player, Nelson Cruz made a great purchase for his hometown in the Dominican Republic. Cruz bought the community’s first firetruck, helping start their first fire station. This will save countless lives and is truly a great donation.

7.) Lou Williams

On Christmas Eve, 2011 Lou Williams drove down the road when suddenly a mugger approached him at a stoplight. The mugger, intending to steal money, ditched the plan upon recognizing Williams and thanked him for all he had done for the community. Williams knew the mugger was on hard times, so he invited him to McDonald’s and treated him to a meal.

See, not all athletes are bad guys! Have some faith in humanity, people. Everyone has some good in them somewhere, and athletes are no different. I hope we start to hear even more stories about the good work athletes do when they’re away from the crowd.

This Is Why The Deadpool Movie Is The One Marvel Fans Want. And NEED.

With the recent record breaking performance by Guardians of the Galaxy at the box office, some people are wondering what is next for the Marvel movie franchise. If Marvel knows what is good for them, they’ll start working on the movie fans have been craving since X-Men Origins: Wolverine came out…The Deadpool movie.

Who is Deadpool you ask? Deadpool is one of the most fun characters in all of comic books. He was a part of the Weapon X program that made Wolverine the ferocious mutant that he is today. What makes Deadpool unique is the hilarious dialogue that is employed in his comic books. While most superheroes are brooding and dark with a lot of pain, Deadpool is a funny mercenary who even breaks the fourth wall, as seen here.

Ryan Reynolds played the character in the Wolverine movie back in 2009 and did such a marvelous job that rumors immediately started circulating about a separate Deadpool movie. Unfortunately, to this day those rumors have yet to come to fruition.

But recently, test footage from the planned movie has surfaced and people are starting to get giddy again. Rumor has it, the test footage was released to gauge interest in the film to see if it will be the box office smash that studios hope it will be. Well, based on the amount of views on the video and the buzz that it created, fans are SUPER INTERESTED!

Deadpool Test Footage Released!! by invaderboom

One of the problems people find with the movie is that most summer blockbusters come with a PG-13 rating and a Deadpool movie would need to be rated R for it to be an authentic Deadpool movie, as Deadpool has quite a potty mouth and is known to be a quite gory comic book as compared to many of the other comics.

But that’s what makes it awesome and unique! It’s a funny, different take on being a superhero (or anti-hero as Deadpool is often classified). We’ve all seen the super heroes go through their struggles with hardly any kind of humor. Sure, there are funny throwaway lines in some Spider Man movies and Robert Downey Jr. has perfected the character, Tony Stark with his witticisms, but there is no hero quite like Deadpool. His movie would keep fans laughing and interested all while providing the action that would be necessary for a superhero movie.

So this is my plea to Marvel, Fox, Sony, whoever has the rights to the Deadpool movie (I’m not quite sure) – PLEASE MAKE THIS MOVIE. It will be awesome and you will make a lot of fans’ dreams come true. Honestly, before the movie came out, The Guardians of the Galaxy were a relatively unknown Marvel commodity. Deadpool has a cult following and would certainly bring in just as much, if not more interest and money as Guardians. That is…if it is done right.

Deadpool has such a cult following that he is one of the fan favorite cosplay heroes at Comic Cons across the country. And these people know how to do it right.

The Deadpool movie would have to be equal parts funny and action-y. But I have faith in the big guns in Hollywood to take care of this. I beleive in Deadpool and I believe in the Deadpool Movie! SO MAKE IT ALREADY!

Share this post if you’d like to see the Deadpool movie made.

Idiotic People Dumped Their Trash In The Ocean. What Nature Did In Return Is Gorgeous.

There is a beach in Fort Bragg, California, that is a battleground between Mother Nature and the people that lived in the area. For years, the citizens of Fort Bragg lacked a trash collection service. Since they lived right by the ocean, they thought that the obvious solution to their refuse problem would be to dump all of their garbage in the water. With reckless abandon, the townsfolk tossed all kinds of trash into the ocean. The beach soon earned the nickname, “The Dumps.” It wasn’t until the 1960s that town officials became concerned for the environment and tried to stop the flow of trash into the ocean. They worked to remove the garbage build-up, and found something incredible beneath all of the trash.

For years, the water beat against the different kinds of trash being dumped.

Glass, household appliances and even motor parts were discarded on the beach.

The waves and weather conditions wore down the overwhelming amount of garbage in the water, creating millions of beautiful smooth rocks.

It was a disgusting dump due to our carelessness, but nature corrected what humans ruined.

The beach’s moniker was soon changed from The Dump to The Glass Beach, a more attractive name for the now-beautiful beach.

The Glass Beach and the surrounded twenty acres were purchased by the California State Park system and were incorporated into MacKerricher State Park.

The miraculous beach was finally under the protection of the state.

It’s hard to believe the short-sighted mistakes we were making that could have potentially ruined this beautiful spot.

But thanks to natural processes, the ocean transformed the trash into the sea glass.

Each colored gem on the beach has its own story.

The ruby red glass stones are typically from old car tail-lights.

Then, the sapphire rocks are the remnants of broken apothecary bottles.

The beach at Fort Bragg isn’t the only glass beach in the world, as strange and beautiful as it is.

There are other places in the world where Mother Nature put a stop to our foolishness.

If you want to see the sea glass for yourself, you can drive to Fort Bragg yourself and be in awe of the power of nature. Even if we didn’t mean to pollute the Glass Beach how we did, it’s inspiring to see just how hard the earth can correct our mistakes.
